Tap Water for Every Urban Household in Jharkhand, State to Spend ₹100 Crore

In a major push to strengthen urban water infrastructure, the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation and the Department of Urban Development have jointly prepared an ambitious plan to extend tap water connectivity to every household in urban areas across Jharkhand. The state government is expected to spend more than ₹100 crore to expand pipeline networks and ensure uninterrupted drinking water supply by the end of the year.
