After nearly three years of prolonged negotiations, employees of Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited (TSDPL) are on the verge of securing one of the most significant wage settlements in the company's history. The long-pending wage agreement, affecting around 550 employees, has reached its final stage and is expected to be formally signed on Tuesday following a consensus between the company management and the workers' union.
