A district-level mass yoga programme was organized at Khasmahal Durga Puja Ground near Sadar Hospital on Saturday to celebrate the 12th International Yoga Day. The event, held under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Aging,” witnessed enthusiastic participation from district officials, security personnel, healthcare workers, yoga practitioners, and citizens, spreading the message of adopting yoga as a way of life for better health and well-being.
