Jamshedpur: A Tata Magic van suddenly caught fire near RV Mansion Tower close to Mercy-Moharda main road under Sidhgora police station area on Tuesday.
Local residents informed police about the incident. A fire tender was rushed to the scene. The fire was doused after sometime. Police officials said they were still trying to identify the vehicle owner.
Sources said the vehicle was reduced to ashes in the incident. Local residents said the vehicle was parked on the spot for the last several days. No one has come so far to claim the vehicle, cops said.
