Three arrested for stealing cow in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 21: Parsudih police arrested three persons for allegedly stealing a cow from Birsa Tola in Loco Colony late Friday night.

The accused persons were identified as Dheeraj Kumar alias Golu, Mukesh Kumar Yadav and Harsh Kumar Pandey.

According to police, the accused persons were arrested by local residents while stealing the cow of one Rajkumar Yadav around 9.30 pm. Yadav noticed the three taking his cow away stealthily. He raised an alarm and called his neighbours for help. Soon, the accused were caught and thrashed by a mob of local residents, police said.

Police have registered a case against the three on the information of Rajkumar Yadav.
