Jamshedpur, May 21: Illegal distilleries were busted in various parts of Potka on Saturday. Teams of excise department officials raided the distilleries in Bhutku, Ranikuder, Tangarsai and Duarsini villages and seized 170 litres of illicit liquor. The officials also confiscated seven tons of Java Mahua used in preparing hooch. They said an FIR had been registered against the accused persons.
