Jamshedpur MLA Purnima Sahu hospitalised, condition stable

Jamshedpur, June 24: Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu was admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU) of Tata Main Hospital late Tuesday night after her health reportedly deteriorated suddenly.
According to family members and sources close to the legislator, Sahu was rushed to the hospital following complaints of low blood pressure. Prompt medical intervention ensured timely treatment, and doctors have confirmed that her condition has since stabilised. A team of specialists continues to monitor her health closely.
On Wednesday, senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party visited the hospital to enquire about her well-being. State BJP President Aditya Sahu and State General Secretary (Organisation) Karmveer Singh met the MLA and interacted with doctors regarding her treatment and recovery.


They were accompanied by BJP State Vice-President Balmukund Sahay, State General Secretary Manoj Singh, and party leader Kulwant Singh Bunty. The leaders expressed concern over her health and conveyed their wishes for her speedy recovery.
Hospital sources indicated that Sahu is responding well to treatment and remains under medical observation. With her condition reported to be stable, party workers, supporters and well-wishers across the region have expressed relief and are praying for her swift return to active public life.
