Supreme Court relief for money laundering accused Prem Prakash

Ranchi, February 14: Prem Prakash, who is facing trial on charges of money laundering, has got a big relief from the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has amended his bail conditions and abolished the condition of appearing before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) twice a week.

After this, Prem Prakash will no longer have to appear before the ED. The Supreme Court has also made it clear that Prem Prakash will not try to influence the trial under any circumstances and will regularly appear in the trial court.

This order was given by the bench of Supreme Court judges Justice BR Gavai and Justice K Vinod Chandran.

High Court advocate Indrajit Sinha and advocate Sneh Singh argued on behalf of Prem Prakash in this case.

On August 28, the Supreme Court granted bail to Prem Prakash.
