Saryu Roy lays foundation for 32 projects worth ₹6.13 Crore in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, October 5: On Saturday, Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy laid the foundation stone for over 32 development projects worth ₹6.13 crore under the Urban Development Department. The event, held at Son Mandap in Sidgora, saw the participation of Deputy Municipal Commissioner Krishna Kumar.

The projects include the construction of community halls for Chaurasia Samaj, Pan-Tanti Samaj, Adivasi Gond Samaj, and a community hall for Rajak Samaj at Bhuinyadih Dhobighat. Other projects included the development of Budhiya Mai temple in Tuiladungri, road and drainage improvements, and boundary wall construction at Golmuri Desauli.

Additionally, Saryu Roy inaugurated a bicycle stand for students at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir in Birsanagar, built at a cost of ₹3.80 lakh from his MLA fund. The MLA highlighted the numerous projects would be completed based on local citizens’ demands.

Among those present on the occasion included BJM Morcha District President Subodh Srivastava, MLA’s public facilities representative Hareram Singh, and district council member Kavita Parmar, among others.
