Jamshedpur, Dec 12: The court of District Magistrate of Jamshedpur delivered verdict in favour of Kripan Ho of Sundernagar in a title suit after six years.
A team of land and revenue department officials led by the Circle Officer of Jamshedpur Amit Kumar Srivastava reached Sundernagar where the disputed land is situated close to Ram Mandir. Police force was deployed at the site to maintain peace.
The CO carried out demarcation of the said land. He said several tenants live in the building situated on the land. The land demarcation report would be sent to the District Magistrate, he said.
The case was first lodged in the court of the LRDC Jamshedpur. The court gave a verdict in favour of Kripan Ho which was challenged in the court of the District Magistrate. Here too, the verdict was sustained, sources said.
