Jamshedpur: Saurabh Kumar, Branch Manager of the Parsudih branch of State Bank of India along with staff members organized an awareness seminar on financial issues at 106 R.A.F. Sundarnagar camp. Conducted under the guidance of Dr. Nishit Kumar, Commandant of 106 R.A.F., the seminar aimed to educate officers and jawans about various types of cybercrimes and financial transactions prevalent in society.
The objective of the seminar was to enhance soldiers’ understanding of financial management at both personal and social levels, addressing general and specific aspects of financial problems. The event also sought to promote awareness about savings, investments, and good financial decision-making, fostering financial independence and a secure economic life.
Senior officers of the corps, including Sachchidanand Mishra (Second Commanding Officer) and Gautam Mitra (Sub Commanding Officer), along with other officers and subordinate personnel, attended the seminar, emphasizing the importance of financial literacy among military personnel.
