Fire Safety demonstration at R.V.S Academy

Jamshedpur, Jan 31: A demonstration on fire safety was organized by the SAFE Club of R.V.S Academy, Mango on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 in the school premises.

Fire fighting mock drill on fire safety was organized on the occasion. Present during the session were Chairman of the School Committee, Binda Singh, Principal Veesha Mohindra and Vice Principal Anita Tiwari. The Chairman appreciated the efforts made by the SAFE Club and underlined the motto, ‘Safety First, Safety Always.’

The SAFE Club of RVS Academy organized a Fire Safety workshop for the students of standard IX, collaborating with personnel from the Jharkhand Fire Brigade Association. The session, led by Brij Kishore Paswan was aimed at educating students and teachers about the perils of fire incidents. The session provided insights into the dangers posed by fire and the preventive measures that should be adopted.

The informative session was designed to raise awareness among the students about swift action during a fire outbreak.

The students participated in the demonstration, gaining hand on experience in tackling different types of fires. A mock drill was conducted to illustrate the steps to combat and educate the participants during an emergency situation.
