Jamshedpur, July 5: Archery equipments were distributed among 20 national level players of the Residential Archery Training Centre in Kumardungi at Purunia Stadium, Khuntpani, in the presence of Union Minister Arjun Munda. They were funded by the DMFT Fund of West Singhbhum, sources said.
Addressing the players, Munda said the equipments were provided to them with the view to enable them to train for international level archery events and win medals for the country. He wished a successful archery career to all players.
District Sports Officer Rajesh Kumar Choudhary, international trainers Harendra Kumar Singh and Gangadhar Nath were also present on this occasion.
