We need to assimilate ideals of Swami Vivekananda: Jamshedpur DC

Jamshedpur : Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar on Tuesday paid tributes to Swami Vivekananda at the Collectorate Auditorium on the occasion of the 158th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. He congratulated and greeted all the residents of the district and residents of Jharkhand on Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary which is celebrated as National Youth Day.

On this occasion, Deputy Development Commissioner Parmeshwar Bhagat, Additional Deputy Commissioner Pradeep Prasad, Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum Nitish Kumar Singh, Nilam Patra Officer B.R. Maheshwari, District Transport Officer Dinesh Ranjan, DCLR Ravindra Gagarai, District Public Relations Officer Rohit Kumar, Deputy Collector Savita Topno and other officials paid floral tributes to Swami Vivekananda.

Suraj Kumar while quoting Swami Vivekananda, appealed to the youth to have a dream and not sit in peace till they are achieved.

He urged the residents of the district to illuminate the name of the district by following the directions of Swami Vivekananda and dream of making East Singhbhum district the most prosperous and developed district so that we can achieve it through collective efforts of all.
