Jamshedpur, Jan 12: The devotees of Ram Mandir have expressed resentment over charging of parking fee in the area adjacent to the wall of Bistupur Ram temple. Due to this, devotees are also having trouble. Devotees coming to the temple to pay obeisance to the Lord have to pay a parking fee.
The temple committee has also raised objections about this. Many devotees have complained to the temple committee. A letter from the temple committee has been sent to the special officer of Jamshedpur.
A letter sent by A. Venkateswara Rao, deputy president of the temple committee, stated that the Andhra devotee Shri Ram temple in Bistupur is a Hindu religious institution. Everyday many devotees come to the temple with their family for worship and worship and religious rituals. These devotees halt their vehicles, motorcycles, scooters, cars and buses from other districts or states in the area adjoining the temple wall, but parking fees are being charged here on the instructions of JNAC.
The temple committee has requested the special officer not to charge any parking fee in the area adjacent to the temple wall and that the area be restored to the jurisdiction of the temple working committee, so that the temple wall is properly maintained. Fees are being heard daily in the area adjacent to the temple wall among the devotees. The temple committee is receiving this complaint every day. The committee has written a letter to the administrative officials taking the matter seriously.
