Tushar Agarwal tops Kolhan Region in JAC Intermediate Arts Exam

District ranks ninth in state for IA Exam, last in ICom Exam

Seraikela, May 30: Tushar Agarwal, son of Swarna Kumar Agarwal, a resident of Sani in Seraikela-Kharsawan district, has achieved the distinction of being the Kolhan topper by securing 91 percent marks in the Inter Arts examination at SE Railway Inter College in Sini. Tushar scored an impressive 454 marks in the Inter Arts examination, bringing immense joy and pride to his family and the entire region. Tushar’s father operates a variety store, and he expressed his ambition to become an IAS officer, stating that he would prepare for the UPSC exams. He attributed his success to his consistent four to five hours of dedicated daily study, with the support of his parents and college teachers.

Unfortunately, the results of the Intermediate Arts 2023 Annual Examination for the district have not been as encouraging. The pass percentage stands at 97.310%, placing Seraikela-Kharsawan district at the ninth position in the state.

The performance of the district in the Intermediate Commerce 2023 Annual Examination has been disappointing, with only 77.940% candidates successfully passing the exam. As a result, the district’s performance stands at the last position, 24th, in the state. On a positive note, the results of the Intermediate Arts annual examination at Nripraj Government + 2 High School Seraikela have been exceptional. Renuka Mahato secured the first position in the school, being the school topper with an impressive 85% marks. Vandana Kumari claimed the second position with 78.4% marks, followed by Sania Parveen in third place with 74.6% marks. Priyanshi Kar Modak secured the fourth position with 73.8% marks, while Sandhyawati Sardar attained the fifth position with 73.2% marks. The school congratulates all successful students and wishes them a bright future.
