Ranchi, April 17: The Jharkhand Finance Department has set up a high-level committee to probe illegal withdrawals from state treasuries, appointing Amitabh Kaushal, Principal Secretary of the Excise Department, as its chairman.
The eight-member panel includes officials from the Finance Department, a nominee of the Principal Accountant General (Audit), and technical experts from NIC, Ranchi.
