Truck driver found dead in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, May 2: Tragedy struck near Agrico Transport Ground in Jamshedpur as the lifeless body of a truck driver was discovered on Thursday morning. Identified as Rajesh Pandey, a resident of Saran, Bihar, the deceased was found in a truck parked near the Agrico company premises under the jurisdiction of Sidgora police station.

Authorities were alerted to the scene, prompting police intervention. The body was subsequently taken into custody for post-mortem examination, as part of ongoing investigations into the incident. Family members of the deceased have been notified of the unfortunate demise.

Initial reports suggest that Pandey had arrived at the Tata Agrico Company yard to unload goods and had been stationed at the company gate for the past five days. His body was discovered under the truck early in the morning, indicating a possible accident during the night. Authorities suspect that Pandey may have fallen while exiting the cabin in the darkness, resulting in fatal injuries, including head trauma.

As the investigation unfolds, the police are diligently examining the circumstances surrounding Pandey’s death to ascertain the sequence of events leading to the tragic incident.
