Jamshedpur, April 2: TRF’s annual performance meet was held on Thursday in the presence of its senior leadership, office bearers of the Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union (TRFLU) and senior executives and officers of the Company.
While the Company’s performance in fiscal 2014-15 was discussed and many achievements were shared, it was agreed in the meet that the Company would strive to be more customer centric and leverage technology in all its areas of operations and functions.
Hemant Kharkar, COO-CS and PK Tibdewal, COO-BMHB spoke about the performance of the bulk material handling and auto applications businesses of the Company.
Rakeshwar Pandey, President, TRFLU, congratulated the employees for their contribution in the successful performance of the Company, despite the difficult economic scenario.
Speaking on the occasion, Sudhir Deoras, MD, TRF highlighted the most significant achievements of the Company and also listed the shortcomings.
He said that we should learn from them and ensure that they were not repeated in the future.
