Jamshedpur, Nov 3: Surda resident, Viflesh Mishra (50), suffered severe injuries after falling from the Down Gitanjali Express onto platform number three at the Ghatshila Railway Station. GRP ASI Mithilesh Kumar, Chandrashekhar Mahato, and bystanders rushed him to the Subdivisional Hospital for treatment. The Medical Superintendent, Dr. R.N. Soren, and Dr. Meera Murmu provided primary treatment but, considering the seriousness of Mishra’s condition, they referred him to MGM Hospital. The Gitanjali Express was en route to Howrah. According to eyewitnesses, Viflesh jumped from the train as soon as he spotted Ghatshila Station.
