Jamshedpur, Sep 9: An annual bonus agreement was finalized at Tata Growth Shop on Friday.
As per the agreement, 267 employees of the company would get Rs 3.49 crore as bonus. The employees would get a minimum bonus amount of Rs 72,624 along with a goodwill amount of Rs 20,000. They will get the maximum bonus of Rs 3,35,692 with a goodwill amount of Rs 20,000, sources said.
Tata Steel management and Tisco Mazdoor Union agreed on 20 per cent bonus for the employees on the basis of profit recorded in the financial year 2021-22. An agreement was also signed for the annual bonus of 2023-24, sources said.
The agreement was signed by VP Avneesh Gupa, VP Atrayee Sanyal, GM TGS Sharad Kumar Sharma, Chief Group HR/IR Zubin Palia, union president Rakeshwar Pandey, Dinesh Chandra Upadhyaya, general secretary Shiv Lakhan Singh and others.
