Jamshedpur, June 25: Students of Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) delivered an impressive performance at the CISCE Zonal Yoga Championship 2026 held at Sri Krishna Public School, Bistupur, on June 22 and 23. The young participants showcased exceptional talent, discipline and dedication, securing top positions in various categories and bringing laurels to the school.
In the Under-14 Girls category, Arimita Mandal secured second position in Traditional Yoga and, along with Shreyasi Singha, finished third in Artistic Pair Yoga. In the Under-19 Girls category, Prachi Sharma won first position in Artistic Single Yoga. Among the boys, Shreyan Roy secured second position in Traditional Yoga and first position in Artistic Single Yoga in the Under-14 category. In the Under-19 Boys category, Sourav Pramanik and Rajeev Prasad clinched first position in both Artistic Pair and Rhythmic Pair events.
Congratulating the winners, Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhary praised the students for their hard work and dedication. She also appreciated yoga mentor Srabani Chakravorty for her efforts in guiding the participants and helping the school achieve success at the zonal championship.
