Ranchi: In the case of death in a road accident of a DPS student Antariksh Sanigrahi on 25th July 2016, the mother of the student today demanded speedy arresting of the conspirators. She said the boy’s father and grandfather could be involved in the accident. She said that the guilty should not be left to walk scot-free and that the innocent should not be punished.
Hearing the grievance during the Sidhi Baat programme here on Wednesday, Chief Minister Raghubar Das directed the police authorities concerned to reopen the case and hand over the case to CID. He said the CID should furnish its investigation report in two months.
In connection with the alleged abduction and rape of a minor girl of Chainpur, Gumla by one Anwar Khan, the CM asked why the police could not trace the girl or the accused even after tracing his mobile number in New Delhi. The CM was told by the complainant that it is the second time the accused has kidnapped the girl.
First time the accused kidnapped and raped the victim in the nearby forest on 2nd September 2017. On 4th September, a case was lodged but the police could not arrest the accused. The accused abducted the girl on 26th October 2017 once again. The CM took it seriously. Expressing concern over closure of a case of acid attack, the CM directed the state officials concerned to suspend the Officer-in-Charge and directed Dhanbad SP to sort out the case on priority basis and trace the accused.
Regarding alleged irregularities in drought compensation distribution at Parwa circle of Palamu, the CM directed the state officials to identify the wrong doers and lodge an FIR against them. With the help of the CO, non-standard landlords were given benefits of the scheme and with a view to destroy the proof, files and computer were stolen.
The accused persons reportedly tried to erase the contents of documents by spilling water on them. At the same time, the CM directed the Gumla DC to probe the matter of irregularity in road construction and toilet construction between Jamgai and Dahudar and report.
It was also told that the government has decided to settle all ponds to committees for Rs. 1 and Malar pond of Itki will follow. In connection of delay in appointing personnel in newly approved 52 Bal Vikas Pariyojana, it was told that advt. will be floated and personnel appointed.
The CM directed the state officials to send photo and video in connection with the removal of encroachment from the government land from encroachment. He also directed the Garhwa DC to probe the charges of irregularity in appointment of Para teacher in Nav Prathmik Vidyalaya, Bichala Tola.
He directed him to provide financial assistance help to J. P. Movement volunteer Dayanand Barnwal of Bokaro. Teacher Manjula Roselin was assured that her salary will be fixed soon as it is there with finance dept. He directed to pay the pending honorarium of divyang Anil Kumar of Bal shramik Vishesh Shiksha Kendra in 15 days. He also directed the Gumla DC to probe if Somra Oraon’s claim on the land is right or not. If it is right, the rayats should be given compensation.
In connection with murder of one Sushil Purty by extremists in Khunti, the CM directed the state officials to pay the family members Rs. 4 lakh in a month.
Many more complaints were brought to the notice of the CM and sorted out. The CM listened to 25 complaints and gave necessary directions.
