Gamharia, July 14: Interact Club of Xavier School in Gamharia organized a workshop on ‘Girl Care’ that was conducted by social organization, Namya Smile Foundation in association with Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City. The School Principal, Fr (Dr) Tony Raj, SJ introduced Naamyaa Smile Foundation and the nature and purpose of the organization. Guest Speakers Rishu Ranjan, Nikita Mehta, Navita Rungta and Khushbu Jhunjhunwala were felicitated with mementos as tokens of love. A session on ‘Menstrual Hygiene’ was conducted by the guest speaker Rotarian Rishu Ranjan for girl students between classes 5 and 12 during which he cleared several doubts of the girls by answering their queries. Teachers Indu Rani Das, Smriti, Anamika Mandal, Tulika and Sangita Rai were in-charge of the programme.
