Jamshedpur, Nov 25: President’s Award winner and author of the book ‘Reversing Diabetes’, Nandita Shah will be sharing her expertise on diabetes and hypertension with the people of the city. She would be addressing a seminar to be organized at Narbheram Hansraj English School tomorrow wherein she would be giving useful tips on countering the twin ailments.
The seminar is being organized under the banner of Sharan and would be based on scientific evidence, said Dr Shah. “Many people have benefitted from the programme. They have either reduced or quit their medicines after following the instructions given to them during the programme
The organizers said the programme would also be useful to doctors who can pass on its benefits to their patients. They said change in eating habits and daily routine was the mainstay of the advice given by Dr Shah to people.
