PM Modi to launch Jharkhand assembly election campaign from Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Sep 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to kick off the Jharkhand assembly election campaign from Kolhan on September 15. His visit to Jamshedpur will be significant, combining both government and political events. Arriving at Jamshedpur airport around 2 pm, PM Modi will head to Tatanagar station to lay the foundation stone for projects worth Rs 21,000 crore and flag off four Vande Bharat Express trains.

The highlight of the visit will be a public meeting at Bistupur Gopal Maidan, starting at 3 pm. This political gathering is expected to be a major event for the BJP, with preparations already underway to ensure its success. Former Chief Minister Champai Soren, who recently joined the BJP, will be a key figure, showcasing his support and strength.

Champai Soren and Geeta Koda have been tasked with securing all 14 seats in Kolhan, making their performance a critical factor in the upcoming elections. BJP leaders, including State President Babulal Marandi, Organization Minister Karmaveer Singh, and MP Aditya Sahu, have visited Jamshedpur to oversee preparations. Additionally, Assembly Election In charge Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Co-In charge Himanta Biswa Sharma will soon visit to review the arrangements.

State BJP spokesperson Avinesh Kumar Singh emphasized the significance of PM Modi’s visit, highlighting his commitment to Jharkhand and the introduction of various schemes, including Ayushman Bharat. The visit is expected to be historic, combining developmental announcements with political mobilization.
