Ranchi: The Jharkhand Financeless Education United Sangharsh Morcha is set to initiate a phased movement starting from December 15, addressing longstanding demands. On the inaugural day, more than 10,000 teachers and employees affiliated with unfunded institutions across the state, including Sanskrit schools, high schools, madrassas, and inter colleges, will observe a fast. The movement is anticipated to progress in subsequent phases, following the initial fast.
Following an academic strike, the participants plan to stage a protest in front of the Jharkhand Assembly on December 19. The Morcha conducted a meeting on Thursday to review preparations for the upcoming agitational programs. Notable figures present at the meeting included Raghunath Singh, Kundan Kumar Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Harihar Prasad Kushwaha, Arvind Singh, Manish Kumar, Ganesh Mahato, and various other representatives. The organized movement aims to draw attention to the issues faced by more than 10,000 unfunded teachers and employees in Jharkhand’s educational institutions.
