Pallavi Sporting Club triumphs in 51st ODI football competition

Seraikela: In a fiercely contested final match of the 51st ODI football competition and Tusu Mela football competition, organized by Annapurna Club Sarmali under the Seraikela block, Pallavi Sporting Club Seraikela emerged victorious. The thrilling showdown saw Pallavi Sporting Club securing the top position, while Lakshmi Supporting Chandil claimed the runner-up spot.
A total of 16 teams showcased their football prowess in the tournament, with YC Kendua clinching the third prize and CAC Anandpur securing the fourth position. Kharsawan MLA Dashrath Gagrai honored the winning team with a reward of ₹1 lakh, while Zilla Parishad member Lakshmi Sardar presented ₹80 thousand in cash to the runner-up team. The third-place team received ₹40 thousand from Nav Kishore Sardar, the head of Kamalpur Panchayat, and the fourth-place team was also awarded ₹40 thousand.
The event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries, including Prafull Mahato, Mangal Mahato, Vikas Mahato, Bhagat Mahato, Uttam Singhdev, Parmeshwar Sardar, Deenbandhu Sardar, Ashwani Mandal, Prakash Mandal, Nirmal Mahato, Banbihari Mahato, and Prakash Chandra Abhyas.
