Jamshedpur, June 10: State Health Minister Banna Gupta today appealed to the people of Jharkhand to maintain communal harmony and foil all attempts to disrupt peace by anti-social elements.
In a message to the people of the state, he said, “Certain opportunists tried to disturb communal harmony in Ranchi as per a conspiracy. But the peace-loving people of this state will not let these elements succeed in their mission.”
Gupta said the state government was keeping a watch on the developments and claimed that the situation was under control. He said no one would be allowed to take the law in their hands and disrupt peace.
