Jamshedpur, June 20: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) students put up a brilliant performance in the ASISC Zonal School Badminton Championship � 2017 for the Jamshedpur zone organized by Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) at the Badminton Training center which concluded on June 17.
In Junior Boys category (Singles) Kunal Patel of Narbheram Hansraj English School was the winner. He defeated his school counterpart Raj Kumar Singh Sardar who bagged the runners-up title. The prizes were awarded by Principal of Motilal Nehru Public School Mrs. Ashu Tiwary and Vice-Principal Dr. Ritu Choudhary.
Total of 150 students from 19 ICSE schools of Jamshedpur participated. The selected students will now participate at the Regional ASISC Badminton Championship 2017 to be held at Patna next month.
