Workshop on health and agriculture held in Potka

Jadugora: A one day workshop was organized in Bagulasai village of Jadugora on Tuesday under the aegis of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Potka.

It was organized with the view to create greater awareness among the local farmers, youths and women on health and better ways of farming.

The workshop was inaugurated by the Mukhiya of Bhatin panchayat Sumitra Soren who praised the organizers for coming up with the idea to create awareness among the villagers on health and agriculture.

On this occasion, the farmers were educated about various methods of farming and all government schemes meant for farmers.

Among those present during the workshop included Makhan Soren, Ramdhani Lohar, Poonam Prasad, Mangal Soren and Sakro Mardi.
