NGO to distribute puja items among Chhath devotees

Gamharia, Oct 29: Yuva Sangh Basti Vikas Samiti, Shaharbera, has made elaborate arrangements for the convenience of Chhath devotees at Domuhani Ghat in Sapra, Gamharia. The outfit would provide illumination, milk, Aam Datoon (mango twigs), havan material, camphor, mango firewood and tea among other facilities during the festival. A changing room for women devotees would also be there at the Chhath Ghat, said the outfit members. Meanwhile, former vice president of Adityapur Municipal Corporatoin Purendra Narayan Singh also visited the Chhath Ghats and reviewed the amenities available for devotees. He spoke to Seraikela-Kharsawan district administration authorities and demanded completion of road construction project connecting Tata-Kandra main road to Domuhani Chhath Ghat. He also demanded that closed toilets situated near Domuhani Ghat should be opened for the use of devotees.
