Jamshedpur, Oct 29: Banna Gupta Fans’ Club distributed Chhath Puja requisites among devotees observing fast from a counter set up along the Uliyan Main Road near the ICICI bank branch. Minister Banna Gupta and members of the Fans’ Club distributed the Chhat Puja essentials. The Club members included G C Mohanty, Babua Jha, Amit Singh, Narendra Agarwal, Shyamal, Rakesh Jaiswal and others.
Minister Banna Gupta, while highlighting the importance of Chhath festival, said that worship of Sun God on the occasion of Chhath signified banishment of miseries and hatred in life and inspired people to contribute to the development of society. He thanked the members of the Fans’ Club and advised all to prioritize social work wherever and whenever such voluntary services were required.
Lions Club distributes Chhath Puja requisites among devotees
Jamshedpur, Oct 29: Members of the Lions Club of Jamshedpur-India along with Bharat Singh Fans’ Club volunteers distributed fruits and other requisites among 60 Chhat devotees observing fast. A camp in the Sakchi office of social worker and BJP state executive body member Bharat Singh was set up on Saturday for the purpose. Among those who lent their services of distributing Chhath Puja essentials were Anjula Singh, Shakti Singh, SP Singh, Manoj Soni and many others.
