New Year celebration: Jamshedpur Administration’s hawk-eye on housing societies

Jamshedpur, Dec. 31: SDO Dhalbhum Nitish Kumar Singh and ADM Law and Order Nandkishor Lal held a meeting with the representatives of Residence Welfare Association in connection with the guidelines issued for the New Year by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and the State Government in view of the protection from corona infection.

Singh said that in any community hall, 50% of the scheduled capacity is allowed to gather in compliance with the rules of social distancing, everyone is expected to celebrate the New Year in compliance with the rules. He clarified that the use of loudspeaker is prohibited after 10 pm, so make sure that the privacy of others is not disturbed. He said that the housing society should allow crowd gathering during the New Year’s euphoria and must use masks and sanitizers.

Addressing the members present, ADM Law and Order said that the district administration is on alert mode for the protection of the residents from corona infection, in which necessary cooperation is required from all of you.

He gave strict instructions that for violation of the guidelines of the MHA and the State Government, relevant action will be taken against the concerned sections of the DM Act and IPC. The ADM Law and Order said that keeping in mind the safety of corona infection, welcome the new year and cooperate with the district administration in maintaining law and order. At the same time, it was instructed to keep sanitizer at the entry gate of the housing society and not to give mask entry so that the common people can be prevented from corona infection.
