Jamshedpur, Jan 17: Mango police arrested a youth for allegedly snatching mobile phones and other valuables from several people in and around the city here on Tuesday. They have recovered 10 looted mobile phones from his possession.
Sources said the accused, identified as Mushtaq Ansari, is a resident of Zakirnagar under Azadnagar police station area. He was caught by police while attempting to sell the phones near forest department office at Mango. While frisking him, cops found the phones in his bag.
The accused has reportedly confessed his crime and revealed his modus operandi to investigators.
