Jamshedpur: Arnav Mishra, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assumed charge as the Sub-Divisional Officer of the Dhalbhum sub-division on Friday.
Soon after taking charge, Arnav Mishra paid a courtesy call on the District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner at the district headquarters and conveyed New Year greetings.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner congratulated the newly appointed Sub-Divisional Officer on assuming the responsibility and shared guidance on ensuring smooth administrative functioning in the sub-division. Emphasis was laid on the effective implementation of public welfare schemes, responsive governance, and maintaining a robust law and order system.
The interaction also focused on strengthening coordination among departments to ensure timely delivery of services to the public and addressing local administrative challenges efficiently.
The assumption of charge by the new Sub-Divisional Officer is expected to further streamline administrative processes and enhance governance in the Dhalbhum sub-division.
