Jamshedpur, June 8: Govind Vidyalaya, Tamolia organized an appreciation ceremony for student Kahkasha Parveen who scored 720 out of 720 marks in NEET thereby achieving the distinction of becoming the All India topper. With her consistency, dedication, hard work and support from the teachers, she has topped every class since the 5th grade. She not only became the school topper in 10 th grade board exam but also secured the third position in the city topper category.
Expressing her gratitude towards the school, Kahkasha Parveen said, “I have been successful and stand in this position today only because of the support from very cooperative and friendly faculty members of Govind Vidyalaya. They enlightened me with their knowledge, guided me through every step and boosted my morale whenever needed.”
The School’s Director, Dr Brahmadatt Sharma and the Secretary, Abhishek Sharma honored Khakasha Parveen with the BD Sharma Star Award during the appreciation ceremony which included a 10-gram pure silver coin and a certificate of appreciation. The school Principal garlanded her.
Her parents, Mohammad Abbas and Ibrana Bano were also honored with garlands by teacher, Mohammad Irfan and HOD Nausad Razia. Dr. Brahmadatt Sharma also presented a memento and the school magazine to her father.
On this occasion the teachers wished Khakasha Parveen a bright future. The program was anchored by Ismat Naaz who also offered the vote of thanks. The welcome speech was delivered by teacher Mohammad Irfan.
