Foundation for sewerage drainage renovation work laid in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 11: Zila Parishad member, Dr. Paritosh Singh inaugurated the renovation work of sewerage drainage in the LIG Housing Colony at Govindpur on Sunday. The project has been funded by the Zila Parishad. Dr. Paritosh Singh stated that the housing colony was established 50 years ago. 40 drains of the LIG were in deteriorated condition. The program to renovate these drains and construct drainage lines was successfully initiated. This fulfilled the longstanding demand of the locals who had feared diseases due to the accumulating filth. Chief Giribala Lohra, Panchayat Committee members Satbir Singh Bagga, Jimmy Bhaskar, Shashi Bhushan Singh, Ward Members Rita Singh, Suman Singh, Bablu Singh, Dinesh Singh, Prashant Chaudhary, Vijay Kumar, and others were present at the event.
