Jamshedpur, Feb 11: Youth Sikh preacher Harvinder Singh Jamshedpuri strongly opposed the intervention by the Central and Maharashtra governments in Sikh Takht Sahibs. He stated that the government’s interference in Sikh religious sites is unacceptable. “Our religious places are sacred to us, and the management should remain in the hands of the Sikh community. The government has no right to encroach upon our religious sites. I appeal to the managements of all our Gurudwaras in Jamshedpur not to involve government authorities in any disputes or internal matters. Resolve issues internally while adhering to the tenets of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. I appeal to our CGPC Pradhan, Sardar Bhagwan Singh, to address Sikh community issues internally, without involving the government authorities,” Harvinder Singh Jamshedpuri said.
