Every ball of Oppn will be hit for a six: Jharkhand CM

“Govt is taking all issues raised in assembly seriously”

Ranchi, February 27: The opposition (BJP) has to play for five years and their every ball will be hit for six, said Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren in the budget session of the assembly on  Thursday.

Garhwa MLA Satyendranath Tiwari raised the issue of sand in the assembly today. Responding to this, CM Hemant Soren said that he knew the MLA from before.

“He has had a long association with sand, contract and tender. Therefore, the issue of sand is most important for him. The state government has not issued any such order in this regard, which has not been followed,” said Soren.

Chief minister said that the Governor gave a very clear indication in his address as to how the state government is moving ahead with the priority of development.

“But the people of the opposition were in a way discharging their alleged responsibilities by criticizing the government. There are some leaders of the opposition who do not like any work of the government. Whether it is the work of the government in the field of social security, the work of the government in the field of education and health, they do not like any work,” said Soren.

He said that the opposition is not ready to accept any achievement of this government.

He said that these leaders of the opposition try to mislead the simple people of the state with their flowery speeches and words and promises. He said that these people play such a big game behind the scenes that even ordinary educated people are unable to understand their game, let alone tribals and backward society.

“These people do such a big fraud. But there are some people among them who are caught by some people firmly. But when they get caught, they suffer a lot. Our government is working for the people of every group and society, rising above casteism. We have pledged to provide equal rights to all the people of the state,” said Soren.

The CM said that our government does not have any such scheme that divides anyone on the basis of caste or religion.

He said that whatever problems the members have raised in the House the government has taken them seriously.

Taking aim at some newspapers and journalists, the CM said that instead of going into the truth, these people are busy building the image of the government in their own way. Giving the example of RIMS, the CM said that more patients reach here than the capacity. Keeping this in mind, the government have started the work of renovation of RIMS. In the coming five years, RIMS will be seen in a new form.

The chief minister said, to reduce the burden of patients on RIMS, we have decided to open another medical college in Ranchi. The search for a place for this has already started.

“Despite all the conspiracies of the opposition, our government has done countless works, there is no need to tell this. They fought the elections with all their strength and unity but still they are sitting in the opposition. The public has already recognized their real faces. The new innings of the government has just begun. Even the first over is not over yet. The opposition has to play for five years and bowl. But every ball will be hit for a six,” said Soren.
