Jamshedpur: Four differently-abled persons receive e-tricycles

Jamshedpur: Four differently-abled residents of East Singhbhum received e-tricycles during the weekly Public Grievance Redressal Day held at the Collectorate on Tuesday.

Acting on requests received from four differently-abled individuals, the district administration facilitated the distribution of e-tricycles to improve their mobility and independence. Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the support.

Apart from the assistance provided to the differently-abled, the Deputy Commissioner Rajiv Ranjan heard grievances related to land disputes, mutation, PMEGP loan approvals, illegal encroachments, medical assistance, electricity connections, ration cards, water supply issues, family disputes and other public welfare matters.

Ranjan instructed concerned departments to dispose of cases in accordance with rules and ensure that citizens do not have to make repeated visits to government offices. The Deputy Commissioner said that citizen-centric governance remains a priority and directed officials to ensure prompt follow-up on all pending cases received during the hearing.
