Jamshedpur: Ravinder Singh Elected President of Dharam Prachar Committee Akali Dal

Jamshedpur: Akali Dal Jamshedpur unanimously elected Ravinder Singh as the Chief Sevadar (President) and Ravinder Pal Singh as the Auditor for the 2026–2029 term.

Former President Sukhdev Singh officially proposed Ravinder Singh’s name for the top post, which received unanimous backing from all members present. The house also voted unanimously to appoint Ravinder Pal Singh as the committee’s auditor.

Thanking the committee for their trust, newly elected President Ravinder Singh stated that he views the position strictly as an opportunity to serve the Guru’s house. “With the blessings of Guru Sahib and the support of the Sangat (community), I will work dedicatedly to take the Gurmat ideology to every household. Our core focus will be to inspire the younger generation with Sikh history and values while strengthening the core philosophy of ‘Sarbat da Bhala’ (welfare of all). Every step taken by this committee will strictly align with the teachings of our Gurus,” Singh said.

Echoing the core mission, newly appointed Auditor Bhai Ravinder Pal Singh emphasized his commitment to maintaining administrative transparency within the socio-religious body.
