DBMS College of Education students make most of Jamshedpur Book fair

 

Jamshedpur: In a noteworthy excursion led by College Principal Dr Juhi Samarpita, B.Ed students of the 2022-2024 session at DBMS College of Education visited Jamshedpur Book Fair organized by the Tagore Society. The event, which garnered immense enthusiasm among the students, showcased a vibrant display of literary offerings.

The students, aspiring educators of the future, exhibited a keen interest in acquiring books related to education and teaching. Additionally, their eagerness extended to purchasing books for Jharkhand competitive examinations, showcasing a holistic approach to their academic pursuits.

 

Despite the prevalence of digital resources, the enduring allure of physical books was evident throughout the visit. The presence of College teachers Surina Bhullar, Archana Kumari, Amrita Chaudhary, and Nikki Singh further enriched the experience for the students. Birendra Pandey also joined the group, providing valuable support and guidance to the enthusiastic learners. This book fair excursion highlighted the importance of printed literature in the educational journey of these future educators
