Jamshedpur, May 26: Chief Minister Raghubar Das was accorded a warm welcome on his arrival in city post Lok Sabha polls on Sunday. A large number of BJP workers led by Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP president Dinesh Kumar greeted and welcomed the CM at Sonari Airport. They presented bouquets to him and congratulated him for the party�s sweeping poll victory. Flower petals were also rained on the CM who met all party workers one by one and accepted their greetings. A guard of honour was given to the CM on behalf of East Singhbhum district administration.

Speaking to scribes shortly after his arrival, Das said the �Tsunami� of Narendra Modi�s popularity had hit the Opposition parties hard in the recently held Lok Sabha elections. Voters have put trust in the party�s ideology based on nationalism and development, he said.

Das said the hard work of booth level BJP workers and their activity on social media also contributed to the party�s success in the polls.

He said the NDA had won 12 seats in Jharkhand and all party workers were confident and delighted. He said voters had rejected dynastic politics and voted for development and nationalism.

Among those who met CM included Rajesh Shukla, Kalyani Sharan, Rambabu Tiwary, Kulwant Singh Bunty, Pawan Agrawal, Gurdev Singh Raja, Sanjeev Singh, Khemlal Choudhary and Ankit Anand
