Ranchi, Oct 22: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has ordered for launching of departmental action against Ravishchandra Jha, engineer of Road Construction Department cadre presently posted as Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department at Godda.
The charge against him was that during financial year 2008-09 when posted as Executive Engineer in the Building Construction Department, at Deoghar Building Division, he had executed work violating the PWD code without issuing tender notices in newspapers and committed misuse of government funds.
