Jamshedpur, September 1: Negligence in the security of the Jamshedpur court has come to fore again.
Entering the court premises, an assailant attacked Rakesh Kumar, the office clerk of ADJ 1, with a sharp edged weapon.
However, while fleeing the attack, the attacker was caught by the court personnel. Here, after getting the information, Sitaramdera police reached the spot and took the attacker with them to the police station.

Injured Rakesh was taken to MGM Hospital for treatment, from where he was referred to TMH as his condition became critical. He has suffered serious injury in his left ear. On getting information about the case, SSP Prabhat Kumar himself reached the court premises and made inquiries.
During interrogation, the attacker revealed his name as Shahid Bachha and said that he is a resident of Kadma. Sabir of Kadma had given him Rs 300 to attack the court clerk.
