Ayush doctors petition to CM

Jamshedpur: Ayush doctors of Potka have sent a memorandum to Chief Minister Raghubar Das demanding regularization, pay hike and other employment benefits. In the letter, they alleged that the Ayush doctors were recruited on contract basis and were being given inadequate amount as honorarium. The doctors said they played a vital role in making various health programmes of the state government successful. They alleged that the ruling of Supreme Court regarding equal pay for equal work was not being followed in Jharkhand.
Among those present on the occasion included Dr Purushottam Kumar, Dr Kalyan Mandal, Dr Anoop Kumar Mandal, Dr Amit Kumar Das, Dr Anand Kumar singh, Dr Preeti Dey and Dr Ankur Shahi.
