Peace committee meeting held for Eid

Jamshedpur: A meeting of Kowali Thana Peace Committee was held on Wednesday. It was presided over by Chitranjan Mishra, officer in-charge of Kowali police station. It was unanimously decided to make elaborate security arrangements during the festival.
Addressing the meeting, the Circle Officer of Potka Dwarika Baitha said Eid is a festival of love and brotherhood and that it should be held very peacefully. All communities should join hands to celebrate the festival with fervour, said Baitha.
Among others present on the occasion included G Oraon, NN Deo, Bhrigu Kalindi, Mohammad Idrish, Mangra, Abul Hayan, Pintu Gupta, Parmanand Gupta and Vidyadhar Sahu.
