Jamshedpur, Mar 18: A training program organized by A Literacy Initiative Group (ALIG) at Karim City College culminated on a high note, marking a significant milestone in enhancing students’ employability skills. The event, held in collaboration with Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT), garnered commendation for its impactful initiatives.
The program witnessed the active participation of key figures including ALIG Trainer Manish Kumar, Nidhi Vartak from the CSR Department of Tata Power, Arshad Hasan, Executive Director of ALIG, Jharkhand State Head Aftab Alam, and ALIG Program Coordinator Neha Bhushan.
A total of 68 students engaged in the comprehensive training sessions, focusing on vital aspects such as interview skills, quantitative aptitude, and communication proficiency.
Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, Principal of the college, delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the significance of every placement opportunity for students. Dr. M.M. Nazri, Head of the Department, applauded the collaborative efforts of ALIG and TPCDT, acknowledging their contributions alongside the students’ dedication.
Dr. Vijayalakshmi provided insights into upcoming placement drives, underscoring the importance of preparedness among students. The program was skillfully orchestrated by Dr. Aftab Alam, ensuring its smooth execution.
