Jamshedpur, Dec 6: Three youth riding a bike pushed a policeman manning a checkpoint near the Sakchi PS and tried to escape. The other police persons on duty there gave them chase as a result of which the youth lost control over the motorcycle and fell. The youth were caught and thrashed by the police. While one managed to escape, the other two were taken to the Sakchi police station. The policeman who had been pushed as also the two youth who were nabbed received injuries. They were admitted to the MGMC Hospital for treatment.
